Details

• Each stand includes 2 BYC tickets with 50% Discount
• 3×3 meter outdoor space, includes 1 table (80x200cms) & 2 chairs.
• Electricity available but you will need to bring cable to reach it.
• BYC gives the option to rent a simple 3×3 meter tent (+50€). Good protection from the sun, not 100% effective for rain/storms. Photo Example:
• Free Parking Area 200m away, you can access your vehicle to download
• Night Guard and Locker room available
• Free Wifi available

Terms & Conditions

• All registrations are Non Refundable but transferable. Refunds will not apply for late arrivals, early termination of attendance or no-shows.
• Consider carefully to ensure that BYC is the appropriate match for your project, this is a key element towards your stand’s overall success.
• BYC is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen material during the Conference nor the amount of product sold.
