Solar Immersion empowers students to fulfill their potential through the powerful embodiment of the acrobatic partnership.

Join AcroYoga Co-Founder Jason Nemer for 4 full days of acrobatic solar training that will include new content that has yet to be taught anywhere in the world. Jason is working on his second book, The Tao of AcroYoga, and the sequences from this book have not yet been taught. There’s a new solar asana sequence, a list of 1000 flight transitions, an L-based progressive sequence called Flight School, and, as always, safe and fun progressions for standing aerobatic skills. The connections you make at this event will set you up for lots of new friends to enjoy the rest of BYC with. Come a few days before and then enjoy the largest yoga conference in Europe, the 10th Barcelona Yoga Conference.

This immersion gives you the opportunity to dive deep and fully absorb not only the advanced training techniques of AcroYoga and Acrobatics, but also the Catalan sun, the feeling of community, Barcelona itself: a beautiful coastal city and your optional participation in the BYC Barcelona Yoga Conference.

Once you sign up, you’ll gain access to two online courses, Solar Acrobatic Practices and Acrobatic Style Handstand Training. This course is worth $380 which we are including so you can brush up on your skills before you come and remember the skills you learned after the course.

This sundive will take you on a journey towards your infinite potential through a powerful exploration of acrobatic practice and partnership. Confidence builds in strength training and inversions, opening the door to ease and grace in partner acrobatics. After refining bases we will train more precise acrobatic work, building our skills day by day and working higher both individually and in a group. The sky is the limit!
